Returns are easy with Bags By The Ocean! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items within 15 days of purchase.—no returns for international orders.
A full refund (minus return shipping) will be issued. If you prefer a store credit, return shipping is on us! All merchandise must be unused; the inspection of the product's condition is at Bags By The Ocean's discretion.
Mystery items and Clearance items are final sales—no returns for international orders.
