Returns are easy with Bags By The Ocean! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items within 15 days of purchase.
A full refund (minus return shipping) will be issued. If you prefer a store credit, return shipping is on us! The store credit can be utilised within 2 months of the date of issue.
Please note that we cannot process any refunds, on customized products or items bought on a discount.

*Please return your items in the appropriate shipping bag/box that fits the item. DO NOT bend, fold or shove items in the packaging. If your items are received damaged due to their way of packaging, we will not accept the return. Any detachable straps, free gifts with purchase, or BOGO items must also be returned to qualify for a full refund.
All merchandise must be unused; the inspection of the product's condition is at Bags By The Ocean's discretion.
